I was having network issues and seemed to have removed my switch from my admin page. When I try to log back into unleashed the log in "admin:" and all the other passwords in the forums have not worked. I factory reset the switch and APs and there is still no change. I can't seem to find any way to log in at this point.

Could you please let me know if you are trying to log in to the RUCKUS Unleashed mobile application or on the Laptop RUCKUS Unleashed Web System website?
If it’s on a Mobile Application, please share a screenshot of the error.
Additionally, below is the list of default username passwords. Give it a try once again.
