Thank you for the response and the information you shared. 

I see your Switch is on an UFI version already there not be much issues with this version. (Highlighted in the below screenshot)

However, there might be some issues with the Internet connectivity on your Switch. Because your switch is running on the Routing code (SPR). The Switch should run on the Switching code (SPS) to avoid these issues for Lennar home users. Due to a power outage/power spike, the Switch boots up on the other partition which may be running on a ‘Routing Code’ results in causing this issue.

As I can see from the output you shared, your Switch is booted up on the secondary partition which is running on Routing code (SPR) as highlighted in the below screenshot. 

Please Enter the below commands in CLI/Console to fix this issue:

Note: Hit Enter to accept each command 

enable

copy flash flash secondary 

boot system flash secondary yes 

Example:

ICX7150-24P Router>enable (hit enter to accept the command) 
ICX7150-24P Router#copy flash flash secondary (hit enter to accept the command and wait: until the flash finished) 
ICX7150-24P Router#boot system flash secondary yes (hit enter to accept the command: the switch will reboot)

Thank you Imran. I think the device switches to Routing Code during the power surge last night. I had internet connectivity issue since last night. Now i see both flash (primary and secondary) running on Switching Code. Another question, does ICX-7150 recommended to use with any UPS power backup device such CyberPower ? Because when i try to use it with the UPSand ICX-7150 device had a strange sound.

Thank you for the response and the update.

There should not be the same issue again since it boots on the other partition after a power outage/spike and both of your Switch partitions now have the SPS code file on them. 

However. Yes, it is always recommended and the best option to use a good vendor's UPS to prevent such issues or other issues such as flash corruption.
