I just moved into a new town home and was told internet would be provided through ruckus. I was told I needed a router to set it up. I apparently can’t call or email support to help me. Can anyone help or direct me in the right direction?

From the case description, I could understand that you need assistance in setting up an Internet connection.
Apologies, RUCKUS only provides the network devices such as Switches and Access Points for Lennar Home users and assists with different technical issues/troubleshooting steps on this Community Forum which helps Lennar Home customers to access the Internet from different devices by these mediums.
For the Internet Connection please contact your local Internet Services Provider (ISP) for example AT&T. ISP will help you to set up an Internet connection with a Modem and Router.
Once you have an Internet connection we will help assist you in setting up the RUCKUS devices connections for different devices at your Home.
Below are the examples of the RUCKUS devices for Lennar Home users:
