Access Points or PoE switch not working

Hello

I am trying to have my PoE switch work or my satellite units work properly.  There is no data being delivered to any devices.  The wifi itself is seems to be working properly and can be seen by the in home devices.  However, when you go to surf the net or any function using data, it doesn't work.  I have had to disconnect and use the wifi directly from the modem, which is not ideal being a 3 level house.  Anyway I could get a phone call for support?

OK, getting somewhere.  Now the question is, why the slow speeds now from the units?  Below is speeds from the unit that is closest to the switch and wirelessly.  The second is photo from wireless direct from the wireless out of modem.  Pretty drastic difference.

Thank you for the response and the information.

Please try creating a new WLAN/SSID with a separate 5G network from your Unleashed Access Point to avoid any Wireless interference with 2.4G which may results in slow speeds. Please refer to the below link and screenshot. Please refer to the below links to create and new WLAN/SSID.

and when I am logged into ruckus unleashed from the browser (connected wirelessly on the unit) it shows nothing.  I am having issues logging into the unleashed app from my phone and one of the blogs shows because the units may need a firmware update, but I can't do that without being able to log into unleashed from the browser.

You are using an incorrect URL. It's not unleashed.ruckusnetworks

Log in to your Unleashed system using a laptop web browser, either via the Master AP IP Address or https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/

Everything has been done as requested.  The speeds are still slow out of the access points.  currently downloading at 367 Mbps
