AP joins with uptime [158] s and last disconnected reason [AP Restart : power cycle]

Hi, our access point (AP) has been experiencing frequent restarts, occurring approximately every 30 minutes or so. It started today and there have been no recent power outages or disruptions that could have triggered this issue. The system came with the Lennar home and have been working totally fine for the last three years. The AP model in question is the r510.

Additionally, I have noticed that the switch visibility on Unleashed is no longer available. Our switch model is icx7150.

Please help since we cannot even get on Zoom without breaking up. Thanks.

Thank you for the information you shared.

As per the case description, I understand that your RUCKUS setup is not working with the Access Points getting reboot frequently.

Please unplug ALL the ethernet cables from the Switch ports then plug them into any other 1 in-12 ports. (Please refer to the below screenshot). Then reboot (Unplug and plug from the power outlet) your RUCKUS ICX-7150-C12P Switch once.

Please check and let me know if it works.
