Hi Team,
I am currently deploying a Ruckus T350C outdoor access point and attempting to manage it via Ruckus Cloud.
The AP has already been successfully added to the Cloud, however its status always shows "Never contacted cloud". After checking via CLI, I found that the AP is running the following firmware:
Model: Ruckus T350C Multimedia Hotzone Wireless AP
Current firmware version: 116.0.0.0.1543
It appears that this Solo firmware version is not compatible with Ruckus Cloud management.
Could you please advise which firmware version is compatible with Ruckus One for the T350C model?
Your guidance would be greatly appreciated so we can properly upgrade the AP and complete the deployment.
Thank you very much for your support.

Hello,
The current version of your AP T350C is solo image version and it should support in Ruckus One. Also, you can try upgrading the AP image to 118.2.0.0.875 and share the below out put from the reported AP.
get scg status >>> check the scg status is enabled and configured Ruckus One cloud URL based on your account region.
Below is the command to set server details and the URLs:
set scg ip device.eu.ruckus.cloud -------->>>>> if your account in EU region.
set scg ip device.asia.ruckus.cloud---------------->> if the account is in Asia region.
set scg ip device.ruckus.cloud ------------------->> if the account is in US region.
If the SCG status is disabled use below command to enable the status:
set scg enable
