Hello everyone,
I'm working with a Ruckus R710 and trying to set up a mesh network. The SSID is showing as xxx, so I attempted a factory reset by holding down the reset button and connecting directly to the AP. I can now log in to the UI, but I’m facing two issues, after the reset, the 'configure.me' SSID still does not show up, and I'm occasionally seeing a empty white background when trying to navigate through the UI.
I'm also noticing that even though I can access the login page, certain configuration options are not loading properly, which makes it difficult to proceed with the setup. I have tried different browsers and cleared the cache, but the blank screen issue persists intermittently, especially when accessing the network settings.
Has anyone encountered this before? Any suggestions on what to try next?

It looks like the AP might be faulty and needs replacement.
Please create a case on this with our Ruckus Support so that we can check for the warranty and proceed accordingly.
