Pure white background full screen screen has been an incredibly helpful for examining the issues I have been experiencing with my Ruckus R750 access point. Using a pure white background allowed me to carefully observe the admin interface and identify when it slows down or becomes completely unresponsive. This tool has been invaluable in pinpointing exactly when the problems occur.
I recently got a Ruckus R750, and while I’m generally impressed with the device, I’ve been encountering some frustrating problems. The connections drop randomly, leaving everyone on WiFi unable to access the internet. After a few minutes, the connection comes back on its own, but it’s disrupting the network's usability. Additionally, the admin interface often becomes sluggish during these events, and yesterday it completely froze. I had to unplug the device to restore functionality, but the connection issues returned later.
I have already updated the firmware to the latest Unleashed version (R750_200.13.6.1.319) in hopes of resolving the problem, but the issues persist. Despite exploring the admin interface logs, I haven’t been able to find any errors or warnings that could explain what’s happening. https://whitescreen.vip/
Has anyone experienced similar issues with the R750 APs, particularly with this firmware version? any ideas?
