Good morning, I have a Ruckus 1200 and it is out of service, the two ethernet ports do not respond, they stay with the LEDs on permanently and do not show activity. You cannot enter the device through any of the ports (02 ethernber and 01 console) .
Additional how can I recover the license code of my 02 Ruckus 1200

Hi Miguel,
If console is also not showing any logs or login, then there is nothing left.
You can try doing a factory reset once (push and hold FD button for 12 second). If that also doesn't fix the issue, please raise the RMA for the replacement.
For the licenses, support will move the licenses to the replacement device.

No, you cannot use the AP license of one ZD with another.
If you need time for replacement, you can request for temporary license from our support site (link provided below) and same will be valid for 30 days with ZD's full AP capacity. In the meantime, you can get your faulty device replaced.
