Been struggling with couple of issues with our R760 APs. We paid extra for the Ruckus Ai and this platform has been showing sporadic incidents in involving POE and Physical Link speed mismatch on just some of the APs.
We are running 7.1.1.0.872 on the controller and 7.1.1.0.5176 on all the R760 APs in one zone.
We have 42- R760, we have 10 cisco 9200 series POE switches powering the APs. Yes, we know that those switches only put out a max of 30watts. So the R760 are functioning in "lower" power mode. Nobody at Ruckus has indicated that this would be an issue. Especially when we have turned off WIFI 6 on all APs.
1) First off, we are receiving "Physical link speed/duplex mismatch between AP and upstream device" sporadically on random APs.
2) sporadically receive incidents: AP(s) operating in Low Power Mode randomly on APs. All the Cisco 9200 have dual 1000w power supplies in them. So there shouldn't be any issue with 30w the power coming from the switch.
3) sporadically receive incidents: EAP failures are high in Access Point on random APs
Anybody else having these issues? I have contacted support multiple times and still have not found the reason or explanation as to why these incidents keep coming back.
