I purchased a used ICX6430-C12. Said it was factory reset. I have been trying to go through the initial setup with putty using a usb to serial cable, then the flat blue console cable from a cisco firewall. The putty screen connects and I can see all the boot information going on. When it asks me to press "b" I can see my transmit light go on and the 0 turns to a 1 then back to 0.
The switch then continues to boot until it gets stuck at a point and I cannot do anything inside of the putty screen. I have pasted the boot information below. Where it ends is where the device gets stuck and just sits. I have also tried to physically factory reset by pressing and holding the reset button at power up, however no lights come on even after holding it for a minute. As soon as I let go of the button it boots up.
Boot information below:
Bootloader Version: 08.0.00T310 (Apr 24 2013 - 17:31:15)
Model ID: 0.0.0.0.0.1
Enter 'b' to stop at boot monitor: 0

Hello,
While you are in boot mode, try the following commands: boot_primary or boot_secondary. If that fails, try a software recovery. Here is the upgrade guide. Filter by "boot" or "software recovery"
