FWS648-POE firmware upgrade

I recently came across a FWS468-POE switch running sw version 04.3.03T7el. (Bootrom 05.0.0)

I see that the latest firmware for this switch is 7.3.0.0s, can I upgrade directly, or do I need to follow some upgrade train? How about PoE firmware?
