On the ICX7250, only the mini-USB console port is available for direct console access.
To ensure proper connection, please verify the following:
- Use the provided micro-USB to console cable.
- On your PC, open Device Manager and confirm the correct COM port assigned to the USB Serial device.
- In your terminal emulator (SecureCRT, PuTTY, etc.), select the correct COM port.
- Configure the session settings exactly as follows:
- Baud rate: 9600
- Data bits: 8
- Parity: None
- Stop bits: 1
- Flow control: None
Incorrect COM port selection or mismatched serial settings may cause errors such as "access denied" or prevent successful session establishment.
Please verify the COM port and terminal settings, and try reconnecting.
Regards,
Kayal
