Hi everyone, we are trying to set a new ISP service in DRC and need great solution to provide Wireless and Hotspot, LTE as well and wimax so if any suggestion of equipment and how to get Ruckus on this project it will be a please

This article from August 2014 suggests someone in Africa (!) deals with Ruckus.
That's as far as I googled...I'm sure you can do more.
