"who is the administrator of this community"

hello    I was locked out of a topic with following message 

"Sorry! You don't have access to the content you requested. If you think you should have access, please contact the administrator of the community."

how do I contact the administrator ?

A full configuration that long triggered the SPAM filter, and probably should be discussed with Tech Support.
A partial configuration and questions about configuring some interface to talk with some device would probably
not have been caught.
