I am the device administrator, one of my sz100 can not use the web interface when it is powered off.After testing, ssh can log in, but the startup service still does not work. Please tell me how to deal with it.

You need to open support case, seems SZ had power interruption, and it is now in the crush mode, until this condition is corrected, DB will be unavailable and services not started. Support will help you to fix it.
If you have backup, you can also make factory reset and restore backup, but open support case anyway.

Try "reload" command, wait for 10 minutes and see if system starts showing services, even as offline.
Complete service start takes between 10-15 minutes.
If still facing the issue, please open a support case.
