Dear all,
I have met this issue as the subject always when user authentication via MAC method for Android/IOS.
The DHCP is a Server, not come from ZD.
Any help to resolve is very appreciate.

Hi @mvtrung27,
Client is disconnected because it is a un-authenticated client (sending data packets before completing authentication).
Authentication failure can occur due to multiple reasons.
More details will be needed like AP support logs, ZD debug logs with radius and client debugs enabled and review of radius server configuration on server side and on ZD side.

Hello @tandemsankar,
As mentioned, there could be many reasons for the failure, without looking into the debug logs and radius logs its hard to tell what exactly is causing the issue.
I would suggest open a case with RUCKUS support and provide them the debug log information.

Hi Syamantakomer,
I have opened case with Ruckus (Ruckus Case 01688495).
My main problem is console ports NOT working/responding. I feel highly some hardware issue.
I am providing all the troubleshoot info and requested by Ruckus team. so far no luck.
