Hello
I've been experiencing an issue where I cannot access the RUCKUS Community Forum when connected through certain networks. Specifically; when using my corporate VPN or certain public Wi-Fi networks, the page either fails to load or presents an error message about connection timeouts.🤔
However, when switching to a mobile network or a different ISP, the forum loads normally. This suggests a possible network restriction, DNS issue / firewall rule that might be interfering with access.🙁
I've attempted bas🙂ic troubleshooting; such as flushing the DNS cache, switching DNS providers (Google & Cloudflare), and testing in incognito mode. I also checked with my network administrator, who confirmed that there are no explicit blocks on the RUCKUS domain. Given that other websites work fine on the same network, I am curious if RUCKUS has any known restrictions, geofencing, or security measures that might be affecting access from specific networks.🤔https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/ruckus-connectivity-issues/m... Checked https://community.ruckuswireless.com/t5/RUCKUS-Support-for-Lennar-Homes/ruckus-connectivity-issues/m...Selenium resources, and found it quite informative.
Has anyone else encountered similar connectivity issues? Are there any specific IP ranges or domains that should be whitelisted to ensure proper access? 🤔 Any guidance on troubleshooting this further would be appreciated!
Thank you !!🙂
