I tried to register my R550 devices and they report the following:
312172005746 is not registered. Contact Support. No record of this Asset exists on file
312172005748 is not registered. Contact Support. No record of this Asset exists on file
However, when I try to contact support, it also reports:
Asset does not exist, preventing me from submitting the form.
Could you confirm if these devices were purchased from a authorized Ruckus reseller.
Before you register the product, asset must be created. If you have purchased it from an authorized Ruckus distributor or reseller, please let them know or chat with our support team.
You will need the part number from APs back panel sticker.
