The zoneddirector 1200 is in the same network(subnet) as Unleashed.

Hi.

I have ZD 1200 and 7AP.

7AP is connected to ZD1200.

There are 3 R500s and 4 Zoneflex 7321s in 7APs.

Due to the problem, I am going to change the R500 to Unleashed and put only 4 zoneflex7321 on the zd1200.

In this case, I have a few questions.

1. If you have zoneddirector and Unleashed in the same network, can you have a problem?

2. Can I get a problem if I use the same ssid?

1. No - you'll be running different firmware on the R500s so they won't attempt to talk to the Zone Director.

2. Yes - use different SSIDs for the networks or you'll likely have issues with seamlessly roaming between APs. The ZD APs won't know the PSKs used by the Unleashed APs and vice-versa, so clients will need to do a full authentication.
