Ruckus access point disconnect automatically

in my network on access point is getting disconnected automatically in the network and i have to connect unplug and plug back the cable to make it get back connected what can be the issue?

you may also have to pull AP-support-file from the AP before you reboot it next time...

on very first time i had select smart channel but same problem occurred then i select channel 11 manually and update my ap:7341's latest firmware provided by ruckus-support center, i wanna ask one thin is it possible for having disturbance in ruckus wifi zone (as I mentioned in my previous blog/comment) becoz of multi dhcp-wifi device having in same i.p. address family.
