Ruckus ZD1200 Mail Alert

Hello,

We have 2 Ruckus ZD1200 in HA mode. I would like to configure mail alert if any AP goes down. Test Notification works, but I tried to restart AP but there is no alert appeared. As I see configuration is correct. What can be problem?

Hi @irakli_gvishian 

On the ZD controller the behavior is as below :

"AP Lost Contact" will be triggered only after 20 mins from the time AP gets disconnected from ZD.

"Uplink AP Lost" this event is triggered if you see a log on ZD with mesh AP loosing contact with uplink.
event is triggered after 90 sec on AP looses Uplink.

If you don't see the event after 20 minutes can you confirm the controller version, if the AP reboot event is seen on ZD "event log" and if management IP is in use ?

Unfortunately No, we do not govern this and no option to edit the timer.
