Ruckus Social Media Login

I've configured a WLAN to run a social media login for Microsoft Azure. I configured it according to the official documentation. After connecting to the wifi and entering my account and password, I found that I could not redirect and got an error message: 500 internal Server Error. How can I solve this problem? thanks

t worked fine on a Windows PC. Those are the only 2 devices I had at the time. HTTP/HTTPS outbound is not blocked at the firewall level.
