Ruckus R500 can't detect at SZ100

R500 using solo firmware 104.x.x, AP able to ssh and set scg, SZ100 is using firmware version 3.6.x.x , only a few AP start with mac-address d4:68:4d:xx:xx:xx can't connect, others AP with different mac-address can connect.

#ap-mode
#set director ip x.x.x.x(ip SZ100)
#reboot

Hi Mohamad,
Please SSH into the AP and check if you are able to ping the controller IP address.
Also set the controller IP manually on APs and also make sure that port 443 and 22 are not blocked between AP to controller network path.
set scg ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Also try to login into the controller CLI and disable the AP cert check and see if it helps.
