Ruckus ICX7150 not passing power to Access Point

My Ruckus ICX7150 is not passing power to AC. Out of 12 ports only the ethernet cable connected to Router/modem is in green color. the other cables connected to Ac are in amber color blinking. Can you tell me to fix the issue so it can pass power to ACs
