We are an MSP with hundreds of Ruckus WAP's deployed and we keep receiving emails from the Ruckus NOC with the subject of "ACTION REQUIRED: Ruckus Cloud has detected devices are out of compliancy". The email goes on to provide a list of the router/firewall settings the WAP's need for access to the cloud which is great BUT it does not say what WAP('s) are out of compliance. We have repeatedly asked support to provide a list of the serial numbers for the devices that are triggering this email but they tell us they cannot and we should check every firewall. That would mean checking hundreds of devices and is obviously inefficient. Has anyone else come across this and found anyone at Ruckus capable of answering us on this?
Yes, we are aware that in big deployments where you have many sites located across different regions (remote sites), it is difficult to find which site or AP has the problem.
I will check with internal team if some additional information like AP MAC address can be added to the email notification.
