Is it allowed to enable RSTP and MSTP on the same switch but for different ports?

No. Why would you want to do this? MST and RSTP are cross-compatible.

Hello!

Thank you for posting your query, I think is possible to enable different types of STP on the same switch, however, I don't recommend doing it as it can cause issues.
