Problem with Ruckus R720

I reset an R720, I can ping it, it gives me DHCP, but I can't access it via web or SSH, nor can I access it via Configure.Me.

Is there another way to connect?

I'm not sure what Lennar Homes is, but I would say it has nothing to do with it.

This device was already working with others of the same model, but independently. Now that it has been reset, it cannot be accessed via the web or SSH.
