I am a brand new user and am setting up my system (factory reset to as my home had a previous owner using the system). I am almost up and running but something isn't quite right. I have 2 access points in my home. The main one seems to be working but there is a red X next to port 2 in the Ethernet box in the admin dashboard. How do I fix this?

Which model?, I presume it needs more power to get the port active.
