Hi! I need assistance. Our Ruckus router will not reboot. Tried going through CHAT feature to order a replacement. Now they want the "approval link" for the RMA request from the Engineer. I did not receive any approval. The CHAT feature did not provide any live person. It only made me put in my shipping and contact information. Then stops.

I just received 3 emails that my case was closed! Why has my case been closed? I have not received any response or resolution. Please help me, I need assistance with this.
