Need assistance getting a replacement router. It won't reboot. Tried the pin method 15 times.

Hi! I need assistance. Our Ruckus router will not reboot. Tried going through CHAT feature to order a replacement. Now they want the "approval link" for the RMA request from the Engineer. I did not receive any approval. The CHAT feature did not provide any live person. It only made me put in my shipping and contact information. Then stops.

I guess the unit is called a "switch", not a router? After trying to reboot, all lights are flashing yellow.
