Intrusion Detection And Prevention - Stopped Working

Hi

My Intrusion Detection And Prevention is enabled and used to work fine, but I have noticed for the last 3 weeks now, when I go to check for Rogue devices, all of my blocked ssid's and trusted ssid's are missing, and the panel shows me nothing.

Even if I spoof one of my ssids and then go and check my rogue detection, it shows me nothing is present.

I have rebooted my ZD and I have updated it to the latest firmware, but still have made no difference.

I tried disabling Intrusion Detection And Prevention and then re-enabling it, and that too made no difference.

Could anyone assist me?

Check if Background scanning is enabled on the ZD.

Yes it is enabled for 2.4GHz and 5GHz every 20 seconds
