We're working on a pretty major update based on customer feedback, usability analysis and some new features we want to launch. But just to make sure we're not missing anything big thought I would open the discussion. Updates planned include:
- faster/easier navigation, video help
- New Case Wizard and Case Management options
- Better asset visibility and registration
- License activation portal
- Support activation portal
- "Linkup" feature (add colleagues to your account)
- Warranty/Support lookup tool
And of course we continue adding Knowledge Base articles, How-to's and other great content as well.
