If you could change anything about our support website, what would it be?

We're working on a pretty major update based on customer feedback, usability analysis and some new features we want to launch. But just to make sure we're not missing anything big thought I would open the discussion. Updates planned include:

  • faster/easier navigation, video help
  • New Case Wizard and Case Management options

  • Better asset visibility and registration
  • License activation portal
  • Support activation portal
  • "Linkup" feature (add colleagues to your account)
  • Warranty/Support lookup tool

And of course we continue adding Knowledge Base articles, How-to's and other great content as well.

What are we missing? What drives you nuts?
