We are currently facing an issue with our ICX7150-48P switch, where several ports are showing a PoE fault status. Below are the details:
Issue Summary:
Some ports display “internal h/w fault” under PoE status, while others are functioning normally
Kindly advise whether this issue can be fixed through configuration or firmware update,
or if an RMA replacement is required.

@ Sprunki Retake I’ve run into that same issue on an ICX7150-48P before — a few ports kept showing “internal h/w fault” even after a reboot. In my case, disabling and re-enabling PoE on those specific ports temporarily fixed it, but a full firmware reflash ended up solving it completely. Definitely worth checking if the hardware is overheating or if there’s a known bug in your current firmware version.
