Ask different questions in different threads
- if you ask separate questions they'll be easier for other customers to see as needing an answer. It's hard to tell when they are all in the same thread.
- It also makes the question (and answer) easier to find later, making it more valuable for adding to our knowledge
Tell us what product and version of software is being used
- Without that, we may not be able to identify known issues
Give any other context
- For example - what clients are being used, what changed recently, etc.
