Configure external authentication web for hotspot

Hi,

I'm trying to setup an external authenticate web for hotspot.
I downloaded html and python files from this page securehotspot.ruckuswireless.com.

The html files work fine. When i press the Agreed button, i redirect to a python cgi named hotspot_login.py. But it just show the internal error
Looking at the log file on the web server, i see

Please help advise me how to configure the web server to make it work. Thank you so much.

I'm no programmer, but it looks like the last two lines say you have an error.
