I have three Ruckus unleashed 610's which have been operational without incident for several years.
Recently, I noticed the time wasn't correct in reports and on the schedule, and on going into System Time in the system dashboard, the "Current Unleashed system time is listed as "." and the Time Zone is set to GMT-12 (incorrect)
The NTP option is not checked and nothing is entered as an NTP server.
Clicking refresh button does not update time.
If I check the NTP box and enter the ntp.ruckuswireless.com in the NTP Server box and set the time zone for Pacific Time and click "Apply" it says processing, but nothing ever happens. If I eventually refresh the browser window and go back in, all the settings I changed have reverted back.
My wifi and internet is otherwise working normally.
I am logged in as Admin (the actual admin account). Any ideas how to fix this and update the time settings?
I've tried entering both a domain as the ntp server and an ip address. No difference.
If I go to Administration: Upgrade, it is blank where it says "Current Firmware version" and where it says Select Firmware version it is stuck on "Checking for Upgrades"
If I go to view the access points directly, it says they are all on version 200.7.10.102.64
As part of the problem seems to extend into the screen to upgrade the firmware version being stuck, hoping the advice isn't going to be to first do that.

Try a Different Browser or Clear Cache – Sometimes UI issues are browser-related. SSH into the Master AP – Run get version and get ntp to verify system state from the backend. Backup and Factory Reset – If nothing else works, back up your settings, perform a factory reset on the master AP, and reconfigure or restore from backup. This often clears out persistent config bugs. Upgrade Manually – Download the latest Unleashed firmware from the Ruckus support site snow rider and upload it manually under Administration > Upgrade > Local Upgrade.
