could not publish cloudpath workflow

Hi guys,

I tried to deploy a workflow but got below error:

An exception occurred. URL: /admin/workflow/1/build Exception: /opt/cloudpath/work/admin/versions/xpc_5.0.1091_extracted/cd_loader/windows/Cloudpath-2.exe did not exist in wizard package

I did the diagnostic, the https to xpc.cloudpath.net 443 was successful.

I also searched online but clouldn't find any clue.

can anyone help?

Hello,

Please share the following details:

• Is this Cloudpath instance hosted on cloud, or is it deployed on your premises on an ESXi or Hyper-V platform ?
• Are there other workflows that have been successfully published. 
• Is this workflow new, or was this working fine before and a re-publish was done after making changes on the workflow ? Was the workflow URL changed in anyway
• Are you able to create and publish other workflows. Kindly create a 'dummy' workflow and publish it to see what is seen.
• Are we using a valid code signing certificate. 

  (Admin UI > Administration > System Service > Web Server > “Code Signing Certificate”)

Thanks for your reply, here's the info you required:

1. it's a vm newly deployed on ESXI and has a trial license;

2. this is the first time for publishing workflows;

3.I created 'dummy' workflow and published it, it reported the same error;

4.we are not using code signing certificate, but https to xpc.cloudpath.net 443 is OK;
