I have bought a second hand R710 off ebay for use in my home. The device has come with the firmware 5.1.2 which requires a controller. I'd like to switch it to standalone mode and from reading the KBs etc this needs to be done through updating to the standalone image e.g. 114.0.0.0.6565 or 118.2.0.0.875
The 114.0.0.0.6565 image requires premium support, the others do not but all the downloads error with this message:
An Error Occurred

Is there a way to get the firmware for this device?
UPDATE: Right, so from looking on reddit it seems like the recommended would be to run the Unleased firmware v200.15. This also gives the same error above however no matter which version is downloaded.
UPDATE 2 - Issue Resolved: I have found this to be a geoblocking issue - accessing directly from the UK all downloads give the above error. I set my vpn to New York and the files for Unleased 200.15 and solo 118.2.0.0.875 downloaded straight away.
