License Download:
Follow the below instructions to download Hardware licenses
- Log in to Ruckus support portal - https://support.ruckuswireless.com
- Click on Assets
- Click on Hardware Summary
- Search for the controller SN in the Search box
- Click on SN
Note: If you do not find SN, please register it for the warranty by following the instructions mentioned in the pointer 9
- In the next screen, click on Download which is underLicenses -> Action
You should have .lic file downloaded on your machine
License upload:
- Login to the ZD GUI
- Click on Administer -> License -> Choose File
- Select the AP license file and click on Upgrade License
- Now you see a pop-up window to confirm the license upload, click on OK
The AP license file is applied on the controller to add additional AP’s
