How to provide Admin access to a new user in the support portal

The customer can request his account administrator to make him an administrator for his account. 

Below are steps to followed by the administrator- 

  • log into the support with your login information. 
  • Go to My support account 
  • clicks View All for Users--Next page will be the Account Users list

  • Check/uncheck the Administrator box to provide/delete the admin access to the support portal.
