Access Point will be fully operated if license expired?

Hello, all.

I have concern about licensing in Virtual Smartzone and related with the Access Point operational.

Buat UP FORUM.png

Here above our Virtual Smartzone Essentials for Temporary used on our company. We also have Virtual Smartzone Essentials for Production on our company. We deployed this Temporary Smartzone for migrating all Access Point on vSZ-E Production then we upgrade the vSZ-E Production without disrupting access point operations throughout our site (because the Access Point are operated in Temporary Smartzone).

When we've done upgraded vSZ-E Production, we will be migrate back all access point from vSZ-E Temporary to Production, but we need more time to do that because there are > 250 AP operated in vSZ-E Temporary. In the same time, license on our vSZ-E Temporary (vSZ License and AP License) will be expired on 2 days (when this post is submit).

My question are:

1. If the licenses are expired, are the Access Points will still be fully operated on our site (it means can be use for wifi connectivity for end users) ?

2. If the licenses are expired, can we still access the vSZ-E Temporary via Web GUI instead of CLI?

Hopefully I can get answer soon because of this license concern. Thanks in advance.

I have been eargerly waiting for answers to these questions as I would like to do a similar set-up but understanding Ruckus licensing or even getting responses is very hard.

I want to believe all you should miss is support since the APs come with permanent use licenses when purchasing.
