on zd1100 with 12 licenses activated with 5 ap connected - one random ap keep disconnected

Do you have any offline APs on the ZD apart from these 5 APs?
If yes, try deleting the offline APs.

If not, can you share the License page screen shot?

We havent found any offline AP's in web interface.

@Skynet On the disconnected AP login via CLI and execute "set https enable" login to the IP of AP using chrome browser and download the support log or output of "get get syslog log".
