Currently, we have Ruckus 7962, 7363 access points and Zone Director 1112.
we have multiple devices and OS in our network. we are facing wifi disconnection issue only in MacBook pro with os 10.9 and +. we observed Macbook devices roaming from one AP to another in one minute multiple times. on other side windows devices working fine and connected to same AP. Macbook pro face this issue only at peak office hour. in late night when traffic is very less every macbook pro working fine.

We have also faced the same issue that you are facing and we are unable to find the solution. We are facing this issue with Macbook Pro Mid 2011 only. Macbook Mid 2012 was working fine and normal without any roaming.

Following errors are displayed in ruckus logs for Mac Book pro Mid 2011 clients, there are multiple same entries for some MacBook clients mid-2011 only:

2017/05/09  10:23:54Low User rejoins WLAN[wlan1/Wifi] from AP[AP-1]

AP[AP-2] radio [11g/n] detects User[] in WLAN[wlan1/Wifi] roams from AP[AP-1]

AP[AP-2] radio [11g/n] detects User[] in WLAN[wlan1/Wifi] roams from AP[AP-1]

What could be the reason for this behavior. Why we are not facing the same issue on MacBook pro and Air after mid-2012.

hi

reading this and if there is no visible problem seen on this MBP then it is primarily due to MBP sending out re-association frames to AP which should not be a matter of concern
