Hi,
Do you use standalone mode R700?
If then you'd better use static Channel and using 40Mhz bandwidth in 5GZ.
Thanks
Chang

if it is congested and dense environment, then recommend to use to channelfly auto channel change tech. it is known as smart select in standalone AP's and is on by default.
