ZoneFlex Wireless extender

I'm trying to get more info on the ZF7055. I couldn't find a manual other than the quick start guide. Does it require a Zone Director? I would like to use it as a wireless\wired extender. Basically, I want to wirelessly connect it to my existing network and then use the ports to connect non-wireless devices. Would it work in this scenario?

Hello Robert,

it works in 2 modes, one as a standalone and second in controller/Flexmaster mode.

it cannot work as repeater hence will NOT connect "wirelessly" to your current/existing wireless network however it can connect to your current or existing WIRED network and then provide wireless network from it.
