What does "target fail detect" mean?

We are seeing intermittent reboots of APs with this message showing in ZD as the restart reason. What is the cause of this?

Andrew. Did you ever get a response on this? We have 7 Ap's in one of our buildings and 3 of them are going offline all the time.
