I am currently using the vSZ Ruckus CTL version on ESXi. I have allocated a high specification for the CTL with 12 CPUs, 24GB RAM, and 150GB disk space, so the controller always ensures optimal resources for orchestration.
I started using vSZ Ruckus 6.1.2 from Patch 2, then moved to the Patch 3 release, and now I am on Patch 3 Refresh release. However, across all these versions, I have not been able to resolve two issues:
- Flagged client connection failed
- Flagged airtime utilization
I am connecting six Ruckus access points to the controller, including five R710 and one R750 models. I do not use Wi-Fi 6 and focus only on Wi-Fi 5.
I have tried every possible solution, but these issues remain unresolved.
I hope someone may be able to help me.

Please check this KBA for troubleshooting Airtime utilization issues: https://support.ruckuswireless.com/articles/000014530
Regarding AP connection failures, please check the type of failure by selecting AP>Health tab>Connection Failure>select "failure types" to better understand the issue.

Hi quannguyen,
The screenshot does indicate some connectivity issues. The box on the left hand side should show more information, as shown in the example below. Further clicking on DHCP NAK should display the MAC address; clicking again on the MAC address will show detailed information about the failure event.
