T310C ERROR disconnected from cloud

We are having a problem disconnecting the T310C with the ruckus cloud , the error disconnected from cloud appears. I don't find a solution to the problem.

Hello @ikarobrum,

Could you provide more details about the problem. With jus problem statement it will not be possible to suggest a fix.

Refer below points

  1. Check if AP has a stable network connection.
  2. At the time of disconnection, check if connected clients are also impacted or just AP is losing connection to controller.
  3. Check if AP is rebooting. This can be checked in the Cloud event logs.
